Dr. Samuel Corey, MD
Samuel L. Corey, MD is a Fort Wayne native who has come home to serve the community he grew up in. He completed his medical degree at Indiana University School of Medicine, followed by his residency in general surgery at Mercer University in Savannah, Georgia, and a fellowship in plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of Louisville.
Dr. Corey believes that no two patients are alike, and that great outcomes start with truly listening. He takes pride in building individualized surgical plans that are as unique as the people he treats, meeting each pateint where they are and working together to accomplish their goals.
His areas of expertise include aesthetic face and breast surgery, rhinoplasty, revision face and breast surgery, and reconstructive face and breast surgery.
When he’s not in the operating room, you’ll find Dr. Corey cheering on the Hoosiers, out on the water fishing, snow skiing, or on the golf course, and most importantly, spending time with his two kids.

Dr. Matthew Shambaugh, MD
Dr. Matthew Shambaugh has been practicing in Fort Wayne since 1991 as a board-certified plastic surgeon. He is committed to providing excellent care and services to his patients. A founder of Plastic Surgery Associates and a member of Summit Plastic Surgery, Dr. Shambaugh maintains memberships in The American Society of Aesthetic Surgery, American Society of Plastic Surgery, American Board of Plastic Surgery, Indiana State Medical Society, and Fort Wayne Medical Society.
Dr. Shambaugh has additional training in cosmetic surgery, as well as microsurgery. He also participates in multiple national and regional plastic surgery meetings as part of his commitment to provide the Fort Wayne community with new and exciting procedures and techniques in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery for the benefit of the patients. Dr. Shambaugh also enjoys sharing his talents and skills teaching IU medical students. He has received Indiana University’s Department of Surgery “Excellence In Teaching of Medical Students” award. Immediately following the devastating earthquake, Dr. Shambaugh volunteered his surgical expertise for medical missions to both Guatemala and Haiti. Dr. Shambaugh strives to provide compassionate, individual cosmetic, and reconstructive care to his patients. He looks forward to getting to know you.
