When I first met Dr. Shambaugh, I knew he would be the best of the best. He is very caring informative and in my opinion the best. He explained the procedure so that you did not have to ask a lot of questions and the few questions I did have were answered in a very professional manner. I’m just amazed at how well my surgery went. My worst fear was the pain and I had hardly any pain at all. One week after being home I was driving on my own and my second week I was able to do yard work and blow leaves. I’m in my third week and I feel great and I’m told “I look great!” I show what I had done (free flap reconstruction) and all are amazed at the results after 3 weeks. I cannot think of enough words to express my appreciation for all that Dr. Shambaugh has done for me.

When I first saw Dr. Randolph I had a lot of hesitation about my surgery. Dr. Randolph and his staff made me feel very comfortable and at ease after my first appointment. The day of my surgery I was thinking twice about not having this breast reduction done due to feelings of nervousness and plain scared. When I arrived to Parkview Hospital the staff was very professional and caring. They were very understanding of my anxiety. Dr. Randolph and Dr. Hemper arrived to the pre-op area shortly after my arrival. Both doctors knew I was very anxious and they were very understanding about my anxiety. Once back to the operation room both doctors and staff made me comfortable and off to sleep I went. Dr. Randolph, the staff at Parkview Hospital, and his office staff has been nothing but caring and professional. I will highly recommend him and all the other staff members for any plastic surgery.
